Sharon is our hygienist on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. She loves getting to know all her patients and keeping them happy in the chair as well as educating them to a healthy smile . Sharon first got involved with dentistry when she became a Certified Dental Assistant at Bryman Institute in Boston and then worked for an office in Quincy actually being trained on the job by our very own Jan Drinkwater. She realized that she loved the dental field and wanted to get more involved with patient education so she decided to become a dental hygienist and received her RDH Associates Degree in Science in 2001 at the Cape Cod Community College. Sharon has been with our office for over 10 years and feels that this is the perfect fit for her. Throughout those years she has been residing in Easton, happily married to her husband Brian their 2 beautiful children Aden and Sofia and a lovely stepdaughter Robyn. 

Mary is our hygienist on Tuesdays. Mary was raised in Braintree, Mass and graduated Braintree High School in 1994. She furthered her education by attending University of Rhode Island’s Hygiene program and graduated as a Registered Dental Hygienist in 1998 with a Bachelors in Science degree. Mary has a full time position as a hygienist in Rhode Island but she helped us out in 2009 as a temporary replacement when Sharon injured her hand. We had such a positive response from our patients, that when Sharon was able to return to work, we offered Mary a permanent position on Tuesdays. Her professionalism and pleasant attitude perfectly complements our office and her co-workers and the staff are thrilled to have her here.Mary loves to run in her spare time in addition to being an avid scrapbooker.She resides in North Providence, Rhode Island with her husband, Lou and their 3 children.

Lynne is our front desk receptionist and the first friendly face you see when you walk through the door. Lynne graduated from Whitman-Hanson Regional High School and received her certificate in Dental Assisting from Quincy College. After dental assisting for a number of years, she gained extensive knowledge of the ins and outs of insurance while processing dental insurance claims for John Hancock Insurance Company. Lynne then spent over 13 years as a front desk receptionist in Abington. Lynne joined our office in August, 2010 and has been a perfect complement to our staff, bringing her prior dental experience and insurance knowledge to help guide our patients with all their scheduling and insurance concerns Lynne lives in Whitman with her husband three children and their dog, Gracie.

Jan is our “Jill of all Trades”. Having over 40 years of experience in dentistry she is the glue that holds our office together, ready to take care of any and all issues at a moments notice. Jan graduated Braintree High School in 1972 and then completed Boston University’s Dental Assistant Certified Dental Assistant program in 1973. Her training at BU consisted of classroom and chairside education through speciality clinics. Her certification includes general dentistry, endodontics, periodontics, orthodontics, prosthodontics, pedodontics, oral surgery and radiology. Upon graduation, she worked several years for Peter Kramers DMD in Rockland and 27 years for the late Melvin Chessler DMD in Quincy. She has now been with Dr. Roth for over 7 years where many of her patients from Dr. Chessler’s office have followed her. Her duties vary from assisting Dr. Roth, updating insurance coverage, making appointments, patient communication and helping out wherever she is needed. Jan is the HIPPA officer for Dr. Roth's office. If you have any concerns about our HIPPPA policy or questions about our appointment communications system please feel free to address them to Jan.
